Fitness
Fitness refers to the state of being physically and/or mentally healthy, strong,
and capable of performing activities with ease and without undue fatigue. It can
encompass a wide range of qualities, including cardiovascular endurance,
muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination,
and mental sharpness. Fitness is achieved through regular exercise, a healthy
diet, sufficient rest, and other lifestyle habits that promote physical and
mental well-being. Maintaining good fitness levels can lead to improved overall
health, reduced risk of chronic diseases, and increased longevity.
Fitness is the capacity to carry out everyday activities without excessive fatigue and yet sufficient energy in reserve to cope with emergencies and to enjoy active leisure pursuits

Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest along with a formal recovery plan.
